Barcelona to Civitavecchia (Rome)

After the cultural and gourmet feast that is Barcelona, we relax into life onboard with a day at sea, which takes us to the glitzy shores of Monaco. Next, another sea day takes us to Valletta, the sun-soaked capital of Malta built by the Knights of St John. Then we cross to Italy, calling by Giardini Naxos on the island of Sicily to explore the enchanting town of Taormina, with its ancient Greco-Roman theatre and captivating views of Mount Etna and the Ionian Sea. Our next port is Salerno, which has all the picturesque charm of the Amalfi Coast but without the crowds, before we arrive in Civitavecchia, your gateway to the treasures of Rome.
