Amazon Wildlife and Ancient Ruins

Meet locals, experience the adventure, live the traditions and feel the mystery by joining world renowned former British BBC wildlife presenter Nigel Marven for an amazing experience through the mystifying ruins of Machu Picchu and the mighty Amazon.

Nigel will be hosting the journey and will be with the group for the full duration of the tour.

"Pink dolphins, sloths and toucans in the Amazon are old friends. Amazon wildlife is usually showy, so we should have a brilliant wildlife experience with macaws, monkeys, manatees, iguanas and piranhas".

"For me the chance of a big anaconda is the most exciting part of any Amazon voyage. The New York Zoological Society offers a big reward if anyone can find a snake over 10 metres long!".

"Look forward to luxurious accommodation after days exploring and adventuring, local guides immersing us in local culture, encounters with some of the world's best wildlife, a leisurely exploration of Machu Picchu, one of the world's most spectacular archaeological sites".

Be one of just 20 lucky explorers to join our not-to-be-missed tour.
