Itinerary

Day 1:

Upon arrival in Cairns, you will be met by your private transfer at the airport. From there, you will be transported to Silky Oaks Lodge, a beautiful retreat nestled in the tropical surrounds. Settle into your accommodations and take some time to relax and unwind after your journey.

Day 2:

Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at Silky Oaks Lodge, where you can enjoy the serene and picturesque tropical surroundings. Take in the lush greenery, listen to the sounds of nature, and breathe in the fresh air. The lodge offers a range of activities for you to enjoy, such as guided rainforest walks, river canoeing, or simply lounging by the pool and immersing yourself in the tranquil atmosphere.

Day 3:

After breakfast, embark on a day trip to Port Douglas, a laid-back coastal town located nearby. Silky Oaks Lodge provides a return shuttle service for your convenience. Explore the charming streets of Port Douglas, visit the local shops, cafes, and galleries, or take a stroll along the beautiful Four Mile Beach. Immerse yourself in the relaxed vibe of the town before returning to Silky Oaks Lodge.

Day 4:

On this day, wake up early and prepare for your departure from Cairns. Your private transfer will take you to Cairns Airport, where you will catch a flight to Uluru. Upon arrival in Uluru, you will be greeted by another private transfer who will take you to Longitude 131, an exquisite resort that offers breathtaking views of the iconic Uluru. Check-in to your accommodation and marvel at the incredible landscape surrounding you.

Day 5:

Experience the magic of Uluru at dawn by embarking on a hike around the base of the monolith. This guided hike will provide you with a deeper understanding of the ancient stories and cultural significance of Uluru as shared by the Anangu people. Learn about the rich history, traditions, and spiritual beliefs associated with this majestic landmark, which will truly bring it to life.

Day 6:

For adventure enthusiasts, this day offers the opportunity to explore Uluru on a mountain bike. Hop on a bike and ride along the ten-kilometer path that encircles the base of Uluru. Enjoy the thrill of cycling in the outback while taking in the awe-inspiring views of this natural wonder. This activity is suitable for both experienced cyclists and families, providing an exciting and unique way to appreciate the grandeur of Uluru.

Day 7:

On your last day, check out from Longitude 131 and await your private transfer to Uluru Airport.
