Day 1 Kobe, Japan

Explore the scenic Harborland district, enjoy panoramic views from the Kobe Port Tower, and savour world-famous Kobe beef at local restaurants.

Day 2 Kobe, Japan - Embarkation

Today, embark on the luxurious Mitsui Ocean Fuji, where your authentic Japanese cruise experience begins.

Day 3 Hakata, Japan

Hakata comes alive with a warm, inviting atmosphere as the sun sets over the city. You can stroll along the softly lit streets of Nakasu and Canal City, enjoy a steaming bowl of Hakata ramen at a lively yatai food stall, and soak in the gentle river reflections and neon lights. The cooler early-autumn air makes it perfect for a leisurely walk past Kushida Shrine or through quiet alleys, blending the city's rich cultural heritage with the vibrant energy of modern Fukuoka.

Day 4 Busan, (Pusan) South Korea

Busan (Pusan), South Korea's lively port city, is renowned for its vibrant attractions, including Haeundae and Gwangalli Beaches, the colourful Gamcheon Culture Village, the seaside Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, and the bustling Jagalchi Fish Market, offering a perfect blend of ocean views, street food, and vibrant city culture.

Day 5 Yatsushiro, Japan

Dxplore Yatsushiro's peaceful shrines and coastline, enjoy seasonal local cuisine, and take part in early autumn festivals celebrating the region's rich culture.

Day 6 Ibusuki (Yamagawa), Japan

Ibusuki (Yamagawa), Japan, is a serene seaside area on southern Kyushu known for its natural sand baths, hot springs, and beautiful views of Kaimondake Volcano, offering visitors a relaxing blend of coastal scenery, onsen culture, and traditional charm.

Day 7 Amami Oshima (Naze), Japan

Amami Oshima (Naze), Japan, is a lush island in the Amami archipelago, known for its stunning subtropical landscapes, pristine beaches, and rich cultural traditions. In Naze, the island's main town, visitors can explore vibrant local markets, sample black sugar sweets and fresh seafood, and enjoy scenic coastal views along the Setouchi Waterfront. Surrounded by emerald forests, mangroves, and clear blue waters, Amami ÅŒshima offers opportunities for snorkelling, kayaking, and hiking, making it a serene getaway that blends natural beauty with the warm hospitality of island life.

Day 8 Tanegashima, Japan

Tanegashima, Japan, is a tranquil island south of Kyushu, famous for its rich history, scenic coastlines, and role in the introduction of firearms to Japan. Visitors can explore the Tanegashima Space Centre, enjoy the island's quiet beaches and rugged cliffs, and hike through lush forests and scenic trails. With charming fishing villages, traditional local cuisine, and clear ocean waters perfect for diving and snorkelling, Tanegashima offers a unique blend of history, nature, and adventure far from the bustle of mainland Japan.

Day 9 At sea

Several bars and lounges featuring a Japanese gin cart, whiskey and sake sourced from various prefectures. Observation Bar 36 offers stunning views, seasonal cocktails and Tamatebako – an afternoon tea inspired by the Japanese legend of Urashima Taro, with delicately prepared snacks served in a 'treasure box' to savour*.

During the day, there are fascinating events that guests can participate in, and in the evening, watch shows by entertainers and live bands, creating endless stories and excitement for you to encounter on your journey. In addition, there is a casino and games program, dance parties and other activities to provide you with a fulfilling time on the water throughout the day.
