Step aboard in Southampton & straight into that holiday feeling. No flights, no hassle. Just the excitement of the days ahead and the promise of memorable moment. So, relax and raise a toast as the UK drifts from sight. Before you know it, you'll be watching your destination come into view. But where will it be ?

Explore regal pomp and ceremony, Norwegian style. The wooden ‘Stiftsagarden' is the city's official royal residence and under Nidaros Cathedral's gleaming spire, monarchs are crowned to this very day.

At Tromso, you’re nearly 250 miles inside the Arctic Circle. Clues to your location are everywhere; the bars are fully stocked with Arctic Beer and the Arctic Cathedral resembles a geometric glacier. Tromso features the Polaria Arctic Centre, where the exhibits recreate a polar bear den and an Arctic snowstorm. You might experience them for real from the cable cars that climb Mount Storsteinen.

Not far from the idyllic Andalsnes, you–ll locate a unique curiosity: the –Troll Wall–, which features immense grassy cliffs forming Europe's highest vertical mountain face. An amazing natural wonder. A steady climb of the –Troll Ladder– entails a zigzagging road of hairpin bends on the steep mountainside, revealing spectacular valley views as you near the thundering Stigfossen Waterfall.

Visit medieval wooden houses on the waterfront and peek inside the workshops of local painters, weavers and craftsmen where works of art - some a little better than others - await discovery.
